                               ORDINANCE NO. 10328
        
        
                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO AMEND THE DOWNTOWN RESIDENTIAL/MIXED USE
                   DISTRICT RELATIVE TO PERMITTED USES AND REVIEW
                   COMMITTEE MAKEUP.

              	   BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, 
the
         Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
        
              	   SECTION 1.	  That Article V, Section 1404 be amended
         by deleting Subsection (2) in its entirety and adding the
         following:
                   (2)	Commercial and office uses (when in the
                        same building as a permitted residential
                        use or part of the overall development
                        which includes residential uses).	
                  
                  
         	   SECTION 2.	  That Article V, Section 1406, be amended
         by deleting Subsection (F) in its entirety. 
        
         	   SECTION 3.	  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this
         Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its 
passage
         as required by law.
